Sometimes, the mind is dark and confused, and full of intrusive thoughts.

But what if there was a simple way out? Something anyone can do, straight away, to restore clarity?

That’s the wonder of exercise.

You can use it like a talisman against the darkness.

Your heart beats faster, blood rushes to your brain, and the balance of chemistry is refreshed.

It makes all the difference.

Now, all we gotta do, next time the darkness comes, is remember: We’ve got that talisman in our pocket, ready and waiting to be used.
